Celebration of Peace & Love, produced by Pezhham Akhavass, one of the foremost percussionist and musicians in the world today, will be a unique and captivating experience for fans of beautiful live music and dance.This exclusive one night only show features some of the most talented musicians and dance in Persian and world music today which include: Pezhham Akhavass (Tombak, Daf), Jesse Shehan (Indian tabla/saxaphone), Faraz Minooei (santour), and Behfar Bahadoran (tar).
Mystical dance, directed by Miriam Peretz, with dancers Hannah Romanowsky, Farima Berenji and Leila Sadeghi of Ballet Afsaneh will transport you. Seated in the beautiful Mayer Theater of Santa Clara University, this concert will celebrate the beauty of peace and love, and be a night to remember.
